In the midst of a pandemic and global social upheaval with this promising message of unity in all the lengths and breadths of the world through the Zoom platform, Sovereign Grand Commander EvangelosAth. Biniaris 33o,  of the Supreme Council of 33o Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for Greece . On June 24, 2020, on the occasion of the feast of St. John of Klidonas, the Summer Solstice 2020 was celebrated, with a special dedication to the world-famous, Oscar-winning Greek composer Vangelis Papathanassiou.

The event highlighted the fact that, where there is unity, there is victory,

Being  also the motto of the special night, the brotherly love of the participants, tested the endurance of the platform, when at 20.00 exactly and within a few seconds more than 500 participations connected simultaneously.

Of course, the number of those who lived through the historic moment reached at its peak the  796unique participants.

During the event, divinely inspired cosmic musical excerpts were heard, accompanied by selected poems by our Nobel Prize-winning poet Georgios Seferis, on the theme of the Summer Solstice.

The distinguished honoured guest Vangelis Papathanassiouapart from his warmest wishes, Heartfelt wishes and thanks, he stressed the special importance of harmonious cooperation, both verbally and symbolically, thus sealing the message of the night.

The event was honoured by the presence of Sovereign Grand Commanders and representatives of Supreme Councils from all over the globe.

Many of them took the floor to thank and congratulate our S G C for the initiative, the harmonic organization and the massive participation.

Participants enjoyed yesterday’s event to such an extent that even after the end of the official program, 400 people and moreremained connected to digest event the production notes and information shared with the participants
